Based out of Perth, Western Australia, APMS Operations is proud to announce the launch of its Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) for 2025-2026, a pivotal step in the organisation’s ongoing efforts toward reconciliation with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples of Australia.
Our RAP
Developed in collaboration with Reconciliation Australia, this Reflects RAP mark’s APMS’s formal commitment to building stronger and meaningful relationships, respect, and opportunities for First Nation communities. As a key provider of integrated facilities and asset management services across diverse industries, APMS acknowledges the importance of reconciliation as both a social and moral responsibility.

The plan outlines APMS’s vision for reconciliation through action, reflecting their company values, which are engagement, quality, constant improvement, teamwork, complement and safety.
- The four core pillars are relationships, respect, opportunities, and governance. The key priorities will include:
- Building stronger relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stakeholders and communities.
- Increasing cultural learning and awareness among the APMS team.
- Creating opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment and supplier partnerships.
- Establishing internal systems to support and measure the impact of reconciliation efforts.
Guided by a RAP Working Group and supported by the leadership team from APMS and help from organisations, it will deliver this RAP with the clear intention of embedding reconciliation principles into the fabric of its operations.
APMS’s Reflect RAP is an important step toward a future where mutual respect, understanding, and equity are shared across all aspects of the business and the communities it serves.
